In the UK, can mobile trackingtracing identify the exact physical location of a mobile phone?
In otherwords, can using mobile tracking services, enable a person to track you down to the exact location, i.e. your house address and door number exact house address. By tracing your mobile number? And without your acknowledgement?

It cant be done without your knowledge, but basic tracking is possible not so specific as it tells you which house etc a person is in, but there are suppliers of such services. The person whose phone is to be tracked has to authorise it and verify after a period of time that they wish to continue to be traceable. Overall the information such a service can provide isnt very accurate probably within a mile or so, not exactly GPS quality I think you wanted.
