will supply a cell phone and allow you to go on a monthly plan with bad credit and NOT charge an enormouse down payment??

Tmobile. Dont do the pay as you go though.brbrJust go online and sign up for a new phone and service. They will credit check you then tell you they cant offer you normal service but will put you on a plan requires no extra money that puts your on a spending limit of like . Once your bill gets that high, service is shut off until you pay.
